British singer Robbie Williams is reportedly interested in buying the house Michael Jackson lived in up until his untimely death in June 2009, as the former Take That hunk was seen rolling up to the house in his Range Rover Thursday afternoon.
According to TMZ, all parties interested in buying the estate, which was last listed for $23.9 million, have to first pre-qualify, meaning they have to prove they really have the financial means to cover the price. As it turns out, Williams does. Aside from his home in Beverly Hills, for which he paid $16 mil back in 2008, he also bought a near-by house where he uses the land as a soccer field, and his 2011 net worth was estimated at $149 million according to a London newspaper.
I think all of the above qualify him as a trustworthy potential buyer. However, his rep still has to confirm whether or not his client is really interested in buying the estate. (Photo via Top News)
