Photographer Sues Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green for Assaulting Him on the Beach

Megan Fox and hubby Brian Austin Green are being sued by a photographer who claims the Beverly Hills 90210 star brutally beat him while his wife was egging him on. It all went down back in December on the beach in front of the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai, Hawaii.
According to TMZ, the photog, by the name of Delbert Shaw, says he was taking pictures of the Transformers star and her husband on the beach when the two started making verbal threats against him. As Fox yelled to Green something along the lines of “Are you going to let him get away with that?” the latter started pummeling Shaw, who was allegedly severely injured. All the while Megan was reportedly egging Brian on.
The suit was supposed to be filed today, with the plaintiff asking for unspecified damages. Reps for neither Fox nor Green commented on the matter. (Photo via Wooden Spears)
