'Twilight' Star Kristen Stewart Says Vampire Makeup Was Hard Work

Kristen Stewart had her work cut out for her in the final installment of The Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn Part 2, where she had to wear the now-infamous contact lenses and some heavy makeup in order to portray the very dead yet very beautiful Bella Swan.
“When we were filming and I had to wear it I felt so locked in there all day,” she says. “Although it helps too. You are so much more conscious of your movements but the contact lenses suck, so badly. You can’t see anything and thus no one can see you I feel. Especially when Rob and I both had them in, that was hard work.”
Ah, the pains a girl has to suffer in the name of art. And beauty, because I have to say, I’ve seen the trailers for the upcoming Breaking Dawn Part 2 and Kristen really looks stunning, red eyes and all. (Photo via French Fashion)
