Lindsay Lohan Tests Positive for Alcohol, Violates Terms of Probation

Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation. Again. The troubled star, who is currently under house arrest following her DUI trial, is regularly tested for drugs and alcohol and her latest tests came out positive for the latter, which means Lindsay will have to appear in front of a judge again for a probation violation hearing.
“Lindsay tested positive for alcohol,” an insider tells Radar. “The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn't consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow.”
What’s more, the company that used to monitor Lindsay via her electronic monitoring ankle bracelet while she’s under house arrest is refusing to do it anymore because the actress violated the terms of her probation by bringing alcohol into the house.
“They don't want to continue to monitor since they have been notified that Lindsay violated terms of her probation,” the source adds. “The drinking occurred while Lindsay was under house arrest.”
