Cheryl Cole’s Mom Says Simon Cowell Will Have to Work Hard to Get Her Daughter Back

Cheryl Cole is still refusing to talk to Simon Cowell and apparently the singer’s determined to move ahead with her career sans the music mogul. According to her mother, Cowell will have to bend over backwards for him and Cheryl to at least be back on speaking terms again.
“She was terrified Simon had become her puppet master and she was being turned into his new Sinitta - Simon's little pet,” Cheryl’s mom told a friend. “She is determined to carve out a career without him. He'll have to come up with something special for them to even speak again.”
Sinitta (42) is an artist that the X-Factor boss launched back in 1986. As he built her career they became involved with each other and he released her single So Macho three times before it became a hit. After they split they remained close friends and in a documentary released in 2009 she said she loved him with all her heart. (Photo via Pop Crunch)
