To say that we’re dying to see what Sookie and Co. have in store for us come Season 4 of hit HBO series True Blood would be an understatement. And with these brand-new and incredibly hot posters the network has just released, the season premiere on June 26 seems like it’s never going to come.
Seeing as how we’re talking about True Blood, naturally the hotness factor is through the roof, both the girls – be they humans, fairies or vampires – and the men – ranging from vampires and werewolves to humans and shapeshifters – being ridiculously sexy.
The first poster shows Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten), Pam (Kristin Bauer) and Jessica (Deborah Ann Woll) all dressed in black against a black background. There’s something really hot about Jason, not because he’s, well, easy on the eye, but because throughout the series but especially last season he turned into this tough guy who doesn’t seam to be afraid of anything.
In the second poster white is the predominant color, from background to the clothes Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis), Tara (Rutina Wesley) and Sam (Sam Trammell) are wearing. At first glance we’d be tempted to think these three are the purest, most innocent people on Earth. But we know better, don’t we?
And we’ve saved the best for last. In what seems like the biggest cluster of man-candy in the history of vampire cinematography, Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgård), Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) and Alcide Herveaux (Joe Manganiello) are all gathered around the object of their affection, the lucky Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin). Naturally, the color of the poster is fiery-red. In fact, I wonder how my computer screen hasn’t caught fire from all that hotness.
Also, I feel very sorry for Anna Paquin who I think has the toughest job in the world though I also have a lot of respect for her because it’s bad enough that she has to work with so many hot actors but actually get frisky with them and manage to keep her cool and do her job so well… That’s gotta be worthy of respect.
